Orders and Purchases

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is damaged or defective.

Non-Personalized Items

Unopened, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sweet Trolley or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Trolley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
