Your shipping schedule is based on your original order date. After your first delivery, shipments continue on the same date each month.

Common Questions
How do my candy preferences work?
When you subscribe, you can share notes like 'no cinnamon', 'extra taffy', or 'only wrapped candy'. We'll do our best to honor your preferences, but remember—our subscriptions are all about surprise and discovery! You might find a new favorite you never knew you'd love.
When will my subscription ship?
Your refill schedule depends on when you place your order. Orders placed between the 1st-15th: first refill ships around the 1st of the following month. Orders placed between the 16th-end of month: first refill ships around the 15th. Refills continue monthly thereafter.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is $7 per delivery for all subscription types. This applies to both monthly and prepaid subscriptions.
Can I change my candy preferences?
Absolutely! Update your notes anytime from your account. Changes made before the 25th will apply to your next shipment. Keep in mind that while we do our best to accommodate preferences, every box includes some sweet surprises!
What if I want to skip a month?
No problem! You can skip any month from your dashboard. For prepaid plans, your remaining months will simply extend.
