Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns Window
Because our candy jars contain perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed product. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or with the wrong items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging
We'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to our team and we'll work with you on the best option.
Return Shipping
For damaged or incorrect orders, Sweet Trolley covers all return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or partially consumed candy
- Custom-labeled jars and personalized gifts (unless damaged on arrival)
- Subscription orders that have already shipped for the month
- Items purchased on final sale
